ECUST and the University of York Forge New Partnership with Joint Multi-Degree Programme
ECUST has officially expanded its global footprint by signing a Joint Multi-Degree (JMD) Programme cooperation agreement with the University of York. On January 15, ECUST Vice President Haifeng Yan welcomed a UK delegation led by Professor Andy Dougill, Dean of the Faculty of Sciences at the University of York, to formalize the partnership.

As ECUST’s fourth international joint multi-degree partner in the UK, the University of York will collaborate with ECUST to offer English-taught 2+X dual bachelor’s degree programs. These degrees will focus on cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Biomedicine, and Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering. By integrating course curricula and recognizing mutual credits, the two institutions aim to cultivate high-level professionals with global competitiveness.
